regular jumperoo vs one that you hang in doorway
anyone getting the doorway one instead? just wondering if anyone heard bad/good reviews about the hanging one.

I have one got it from my SIL, we never used it. But my SILs kids loved it...
ETA: I liked it because it was less $$ and my BIL put it on an eye hook so he could just snap it down when not in use and it was easy to store.

Regular jumperoo. My ped recommended against the door frame type. They aren't as safe. BTW, my son loved the jumperoo.

We have the regular one. The door frame one made me nervous-I had visions of the hook/screw coming out or the kid jumping and hitting the door.

We got a door frame one as a hand me down. I definitely plan on using it. Beggers cant be choosers in my case. lol

I used a doorway jumper with dd, they are perfectly safe and she loved it
If I can get a hand me down regular jumperoo from my SIL, I will try that one too

I used the doorway one for DS because we don't have a ton of room and couldn't fit the exersaucer and jumperoo.
My son loved it and I have some video of him going completely crazy in it!!
When I first put it up DH and I were nervous so my DH decided to pull on it as hard ad he could and it didn't budge -- we figured if it could hold that it could hold my DS (who was probably 15 or so lbs at the time)

I actually have both...they were hand me downs.
We only ended up using the door way one...easier to use and dd loved it.
