It's about time.
Regis is ridiculous on there -- so many times he's interviewing someone and doesn't know the actor's movie roles or mistakes them for someone else or just sounds like some Alzheimer's patient.

I like Regis, but I definetely think they need some new blood. I really think Kelly's husband Mark Consuelos should be on the show, I love him and they are SOOOOOOOOOOOO super cute together. I love Kelly Ripa and will still watch the show

I love Regis and Kelly and was slightly surprised that he is leaving. Honestly it is time for him to go but Im not sure who will take over fro him. Anderson Cooper is already getting his own show this year so I don't think he will take over. I really like Jeff Probst when he hosts.
In 1996 my mom and two good friends and I went to the Halloween episode with Regis and Kathie Lee. We dressed up as the characters from the Wizard of Oz and won first place for the costume contest. We won 500.00 in singles. I still have the tape. My mom went crazy, I was just star struck. They were both so nice until the next day when Kathie Lee said she didn't understand why the characters from the Wizard of Oz won. My grandmother said she sent letters in. I still have some of the 150.00 singles that we won.

I saw him announce it this morning when my mom had it on. Hes what..almost 80. I seriously thought he would have to die for him to leave the show.
I wonder if it will be Kelly's show now?

 It's kinda true! Sometimes I just cringe!
'The Soup' will miss him though - they have a guaranteed punch line at least three times a week with him on that show.

Either that or Probst, but that would end Survivor for sure.

I happened to be watching this morning when he announced it. Poor Kelly looked so upset! I like their dynamic together and I always think he has such interesting stories. He leads a very socially busy life and I love all his name dropping. I will miss him!
