Red Raspberry leaf tea or green tea
Which one to use? I have seen that some girls in the past have drank both. Which should I get and how much of it? Also if anyone has gotten it where did you get yours?

I've never heard of green tea being for fertility. I have the yogi red raspberry leaf tea, I got it at whole foods.
Just make sure if you get the raspberry leaf tea that you don't get one that is just raspberry flavored cause it won't do anything.

I actually have heard that green tea helps produce EWCM..I brought some once but it tasted disgusting so I never tried it again lol. I got mine at CVS but you can get it pretty much any..walmart, rite aid, walgreens, target etc. I have however heard more about the raspberry tea than the green tea.

I have been drinking 2 cups of red raspberry leaf tea for the past week. I have drank it in the past, and for me it did increase my EWCM. I bought mine at Vitamin Shoppe. And it is caffeine free. I think it cosy about $5.
