Recs for restaurants in NYC (with kids)
We're coming up for a visit 
We're just planning to walk around, take the girls down to lower manhattan to see the memorial, statue of liberty, etc....then to play in central park.
I'm looking for recs for places you enjoy taking your kids to eat.

really casual shake shaq opened up down here next to battery park grab some burgers and enjoy them on the lawn

The lawn idea would be fun too!
Our girls are 5 & 2 1/2+, & we haven't been to NYC in over 3 years. So we just want to go in & enjoy the city! Stroll & relax, like the DH & I used to do way back when.

highly reccomend walking through battery park then walking north on the water they made this awesome park on the pier ..its a must!!!

Great to know!
On our way back to LI top always stop at the Brooklyn Bridge (got engaged there) When we were up 3 years ago we loved that "our pier" became family friendly just as we did.
