Recommend your washer machine
My second Whirlpool washer's spin cycle is not working. This is the second washer in 13 years ( I guess not too bad). By the time someone comes to look at it, for a little more we can get a new one. I am looking for a top loader that can hold big loads at times. I was thinking of looking at GE this time.

Completely agree! We have the matching dryer as well. It's top loading, HE, energy efficient, no agitator to worry about and the newer models have a clear top to see the washing in action. Tons of settings to choose from!

We just ordered the LG wave series (5101 model) and matching gas dryer. This was based off of friends recommendations and the fact that it was rated great in all of my own research. It just got delivered tuesday, but we don't have the dryer yet, so I can't use it so I don't have an final opinion yet!
If we didn't get that one, we would have gotten the Maytag Bravos 800 series... which I hear is pretty much the same as the cabrio by whirlpool (since they are the same company).
HTH.... I did alot of work on this last week!

I LOVE my samsung steam washer.
It has a towels setting so it runs them longer, with hot water. Gets them so clean & fresh.
also has a steam & sanitize setting which comes in handy on the occasion.
