Recommend your tattoo artist *Update with pic*
The last time I got a tattoo was 10 years ago so I'm not sure where to go. I live out in Shirley so any recs out in Suffolk would be appreciated. Thanks!
Update:
Thanks for all the recs! I ended up just walking into Tattoo Lou's in Selden and this guy Tommy sketched up something for me. I ended up loving it and got it. It hurt like hell but I love it!

Danny at Cliff's Tattoo in Centereach is great. I just got a second one with him. I have a lot of friends that have gone to him through my sisters recommendation as well.

My work was done by David Gillette of Lucky Cat Tattoo in Mt. Sinai.
But if you want to stay local, Bob's Crystal Blue Tattoo in Shirley is a great place to go. I know someone who got their sleeve done by Bob and, wow, it's gorgeous.
Infinity Tattoo, also in Shirley, is a great place to go too. I've seen their work and thought it was really nice. Good clean line work.

Gail ask Ally. Her SIL does all my brothers tattoos...she is PHENOM! I think she works in Northport somewhere, I just can't remember where....

the top of the foot hurts like a b!tch!!! haha!! i have a star there and had to have it redone too and it hurt so much!!
I had to have it redone bc the top of the foot is a tricky area where some spots might not actually take the ink.. that's what happened with me... and the same thing occured the 2nd time around. it is what it is!! haha!

i totally agree!!
i even have one behind my ear... and that didn't hurt a bit!! it was just loud..but really no pain!!
my back hurt at times.. like when they got my spine area and the tips of things and coloring, etc.
but NOTHING hurts like the top of the foot! felt like they were ripping my flesh off! haha!
