someone who will come to the location and isn't too expensive! if they do hair, or have someone that does, that would be a bonus!

my neighbor just started a makeup business. I can find out how much she charges. Her website is still being developed. She babysits my girls for me, she is a sweetheart.

Whats too expensive? If you go over to LIW the girls have tons of Make up artists - rec's.
I feel like there are a couple of LIF ladies that may do makeup...
