Recommend your engineer?
Hello,
DH and I are looking to have an engineer complete our home inspection for us and are looking for recommendations. Last time around we used an inspector and are looking for a PE this time . . . any advice is appreciated. Feel free to FM and TIA!

We used Al Triolo (1-800-364-7632) for two home inspections. First one, after his report, we decided not to proceed on the house...but we were happy with his honesty, thoroughness and directness and used him a second time for the house we are now in contract for. Very happy with him....report came in about 24 hours.

We used him too - his company is 1800 Engineer. We bought our house 6 years ago and he was extremely thorough! Our agent (who is also a close personal friend) recommended him to us and we were very happy.
I actually would like to have him come again soon to see if there is anything that we should have fixed that we might not be aware of.
