recommend your convertible carseat
I need to buy 2 convertible carseats for DD #2. We have a Britax in my car and a Graco My Ride in DH's car. I like the Britax, but didn't want to spend that much. And althought we like the My Ride, it seems to be very reclined. TIA!

we have the Britax Marathon 70 and Graco My Ride 65
Out of those 2 I rec The Britax. I hate the Myride but on here I am the minority on that. The Britax is so much easier to install and adjust the straps. The myride is huge, the Britax seems a bit slimmer.

I agree that the MY Ride sems bigger. Anyone ever use the Britax Roundabout 55? It is less expensive, which is odd.

We have the Roundabout 55 - love it. Very easy to install and we have no issues with the adjustment of the straps. The Roundabout is also a bit smaller width wise than the other Britax's which was perfect for us. My DS is almost 2 and we have had no isses at all with the Roundabout.

I love my evenflo symphony. Rear facing to 40 pounds, forward facing with harnesses to 65 pounds, high back booster to 100 pounds. 8 year expiration, adjustable head rest, easy adjustable harnesses, easy to install.

same....
also, random, but are you a Citibank account holder that gets Thank You points? Britax carseats are available on their thankyou.com website. I got two of them for FREE---just for having a checking and savings account thru Citi that accrued points. They actually have a decent amount of baby stuff you can get with points.

I think I saw on Albee baby that the Britax Marathons were on sale for 199. I will double check that for you. Free shipping also on orders over 100. Let me check pishposhbaby also because there is also free shipping and no tax.

I love my Britax Boulevard but Ive heard good things about the Evenflo Symphony 65e. I think it has a smaller footprint than the MyRide.

Re: recommend your convertible carseat
I'm not gonna be any help I really love my britax boulevard 70 got it on albeebaby.com... they are $240 right now, with free shipping.... a friend who also is a britax fan pointed out that yes, they're a little pricey, but when you think about how much you use them (probably several times a day), and how long they'll last you for ( probably until the child is 4/5 years old) the cost per use really isn't bad, for something that so well made...
