Re: Please recommend your convertible carseat
We have a Britax 70 Advocate CS. I love it! DS (33 months) is a big boy and he looks comfortable and never complains about being in it. I accidentally broke a foam insert it has and they immediately sent me the replacement for free.
We also have a Britax Roundabout (50 maybe?) for my parent's car. I have no complaints about it though I prefer the Advocate. We have taken the Roundabout with us on several plane trips for DS and he was comfortable in it and sat/slept for hours on the plane. It's def smaller and lighter than the Advocate.

Another vote for the evenflo symphony here !! Rear facing up to 45 pounds, forward facing with harnesses to 65 pounds, can be used as a booster up to 100 pounds. Adjustable head rest so no worries about growing out height wise. Easy to install, easy to adjust straps and doesnt expire for 8 years.

I have a britax boulevard and an evenflo symphony and I prefer the evenflo! It's much easier to install and I love how the straps adjust!

I have the Graco MyRide 65 and love it! It is large enough for taller kids to stay rear facing longer (until 40 lbs). Forward facing until 65lbs. There is a height restriction on both rear and forward facing but I have to look it up.
I like that there are 2 sets of LATCH belts - one for rear facing and one for forward facing. I felt like it is a more secure install than a seat with one belt for both. Just my opinion not looking to cause a debate here.
