My friend's neighbor told her today (her first day back at work) that her Nanny spent the day screaming at her DS (20 months). She also has 2 dogs so she's not sure if she was yelling at the dogs or her son. She's not sure if she should fire her or not. I want to suggest a nanny cam but know nothing about them. Any suggestions?
