Recommend a mommy and me class please (18month)
I really want a music type class, I think my girls would really enjoy that.

I did Music Together with Sadie last summer (she was 18 months) and she LOVED it. SHe still sings all the songs and begs for the CD.

There is one by me but it said it was all ages or multi age...Newborn-4. Was that the age range? Seems like a big range to me.

They were all around the same age. I think there were 1 or 2 that were more like 12-15 months but most of them 18months and up. No one older than 2 for sure. I think they try to group them by age group when they can.

We've been going to Music together since DS was 5 months old. He's now 25 months. I don't always like the classes at our library b/c even when there are 3-year-olds, they just are so different from DS, let alone 4 year olds. (And they sometimes trample him lol.) But I've never felt like that with MT. It's geared to reach everyone in some way. And it's very structured. We love it! Let me know if you have any questions about it.

Thanks! Uh I was looking at this yesterday there was one spot left at the one right by my house now it's full There is another close by. THink I am going to do this. They both love music!

Gymboree has a music class & an art class. They give great discounts for twins too.

We LOVED the original mommy and me. Circle time was based on song and dance and was 1/2 hour. 1/2 hour open play and 1/2 hour of story time/snack/craft. It was great!

I don't know where you live, but if you are going with lockmusic music together, I can tell you what I think about the different teachers

I take Music Together with DD#2. We have been taking it since she was about 16 months. I also took it with DD#1. Both girls LOVED it at that age. DD#2 loves the class and is asking to go all week long. She is singing and dancing with the teacher. I highly recommend it - as long as you get a good teacher.

We just signed up for our second semester of Music Together. DD loves it!!! I think its great for the kids socially and verbally I can see it has helped her develop language - plus she enjoys teh music and has a good time with the other kids. I def. reccommend it!
