maybe try the pregnancy boards or TTC after a miscarriage ? Girls on there may have more recommendations.

my doctor does many Cerclages.. i have to get one also..
he is located in Smithtown.. Dr. Birnbaum.. my sister needed 3 from him , and had all successful pregnancies
