Really weird question regarding toddler pooping
So DD has her easel in our playroom...she without fail I would say 95% of the time that she poops in her diaper crawls under the easel (in between the slots) and poops there and then crawls out and tells me she pooped...WHY?!?!?!?!!? I have no idea why she feels it's a safe haven to poop under the easel in her diaper????

they do this as they begin to learn that pooping is a private thing. It's getting close to potty training..
DS, now wants me to close the door and leave the room when he goes on the potty.

OMG I had no idea, and would have never made the correlation!! Thanks!!! She's def ready for potty training, but the day she wore underwear and started jumping in the puddle of pee she made screaming "puddles puddles" scared ME away

Re: Really weird question regarding toddler pooping
DS has started to go in different rooms to poop. I'll notice it's quiet all of a sudden and I'll see him in the dining room and he'll come out a few minutes later smelling like poop.
