Really didn't think it would take this long...
It took 2 months with DD to get my BFP and most all the girls who had their DC around the time i had DD are now preggo and fast forward to twice that and i'm still trying. 5 years ago i could get pregnant at the drop of a hat, 3 pregnancies within 18 months, lost all 3 but i had no problem gtting pregnant....i'm happy for the recent BFP's but i wish my time would come, hopefully this CBEFM helps and i will have a BFP by Christmas....would be such a nice Christmas gift for DH...
Just feeling a little down, sorry for the vent....

I feel the same way! It will happen soon enough I just try not to think about that much ( reading these posts do not help much) I can get obsessive but this month I just don't care I sort of give up it will happen when the time is right I truly believe everything happens for a reason Ds is becoming a spoiled brat he needs a sibling ASAP!!

i am so sorry!!!! dd was a surprise when we found out we were pregnant and when we were just beginning to think about ttc #2 we got pregnant. that pregancy ended in a m/c in August.
i am scared to death that it wil happen again. especially since its only been one cycle since my d&c.
i keep thinking, its great that i can easily get pregnant but what happens if all of a sudden they keep ending in m/c?!!?
i am still trying not to be fully excited. i am so worried about going to the dr that i want to delay going jsut so i dont have to go through the whole "come back next week b/c the baby should be measuring at xyz.. it's a little small etc"
i think i am going to go after 8 wks for sure.
in any case, i am sorry you are going through this.i hope you get your BFP and it sticks!!!

i'm sorry...i feel the same way..everyone i know has another baby by now..i feel left behind. Plus, i've had an incredible urge for baby #2 for a while now. Due to my husbands new business he did not want to try for another. Thanks god we are going to start trying soon...i just hope that i get pregnant quickly. Especially since i'm old.

I'm sorry.
I think everyone goes through these emotions, especially if you have been trying a while and have a history with the whole thing. It's hard to deal with at times.
I know I felt like this A LOT!! We were technically trying for almost a year..... we got pregnant on the HM only to have a mc at 11 weeks. Then have been trying again ever since. I finally just got a BFP right after going for a consult with an RE. We never even got through the testing and the BFP came.
Good things do happen. Keep Trying; the best things in life sometimes require a little extra fight. I'm sorry for all you had to go through and the length of time it's taking.

I'm in the same boat. With DS it happened quickly. This time it is taking much longer  I was not prepared for this. Our time will come!! Good luck!

I never imagined it would take this long either  I went off the pill a year ago and I knew I was going to have fertility issues because I knew from when I was a teenager that I had PCOS. I waited 2 months off the pill to see what my body would do and then headed straight to the RE. I thought that meant I'd be pregnant faster. Well, 3 IUI cycles later, I was pregnant... 4 1/2 months later I lost the baby ..... and here we are trying again. One year later, no pregnancy, no baby.
