Reaction to flu shot?
Has anyone's DC had one?
Riley had her first round a few weeks ago, but she also had her other 15 month shots on top of it. She had a fever the next day...wasn't sure if it was related to flu or the other one (honestly don't remember what it was). Curious about the reaction your child had or didn't have. TIA!

Re: Reaction to flu shot?
Flu shot was the easiest shot on DS so far. He doesn't react too much, he's usually just a little off afterward, really sleepy usually. But he wasn't affected by the flu shot at all, barely even cried after and smiled at the nurses on the way out.
DH cried more about his sore arm.

Re: Reaction to flu shot?
Both my DC have gotten their flu shots this year and neither of them had a reaction.
DH got his on Friday and was sick all weekend. Can't say for sure that it was a reaction to the shot, but I'm thinking it was.
I still need to go for mine!
Last year DH, DS, and I all got both the regular flu shot and the H1N1 and had no reactions.

Re: Reaction to flu shot?
Neither one of my girls have ever had a reaction to the flu shot. But when they get a couple it really could be from any of them - which ones did your DC get?

Re: Reaction to flu shot?
Emerson never had a reaction with any of the flu shots. I'm sure Riley's fever is probably related to the shots but that's common so I wouldn't sweat it. Hope she feels better!!!

Re: Reaction to flu shot?
DD had a 103 fever the night she got the flu shot. By Sunday it spiked to 106!! We went to the ER, all tests were normal and they told me it was a VIRUS. I dont believe it and still think it was a reaction to the flu shot. I wont be giving the second half
