RE this morning...***UPDATE W/ QUEST.**
So... I went & had bloodwork & a sono done.. I didn't get a pos on the OPK yet so they had me come in to see if I already Oed & missed it on the OPK.. so far all I know is that the follie that was there on the left side on CD10(13mm) is no longer there but on the right side today CD18 there is one (10mm). I'm waiting for them to call me with the results of the bloodwork.. Either I already Oed or I'll O next week sometime with the other follie... I'm hoping that I Oed so that I'm in the 2ww b/c if I didn't he said it would be a long cycle
UPDATE:
So I just heard back from the RE and they told me that my progesterone level wasn't raised enough so I didn't O yet.. I hadn't went to the bathroom in a while so I decided to use an OPK(it was negative this morning) It came up Postive!!! So now I'm not sure what to think I called the office & left a message.. Do you think that it's possible for my bloodwork this morning not to have detected a surge that I get a positive on a opk 6 hours later???

did you ask for your LH level?
its possible you werent surging this morning and you are now. thats why most OPKs say not use FMU.

Did they test LH too or just progesterone? Makes sense that the progesterone would still be too low to indicate ovulation, even with the positive OPK today. You should O in the next 24-48 hours, progesterone kicks in once you O.
I think that's what you're asking..HTH!

I didn't ask for the LH Level..  I use CBE digital's.. I use on in the am & one in the late afternoon(So that I don't miss it) So I used one around 8:00am they took my blood around 9:00am and about 20 minutes ago which is about 3:00pm it came up positive...

I'm not really sure if they tested for LH too... the only thing the Dr. told me was that the egg that was on the left side is no longer there(he also told me that I should've Oed this past Monday/Tuesday) but I think I Oed today b/c I had the O pain yesterday... I dunno I wish they would hurry up & call me back
