re-post ovulation q
hey girls, sorry to intrude on ur board but i had a question and im not sure if its ovulation related so i wanted to post it on this site too..
I need some advice... For the past 3 days I have been having pain on my side.. its more like on the left middle side... right underneath my rib... AT first I wrote the pain off to ovulating (my period is due on friday/saturday) but this is day 3 of the pain, and it reaLLY HASNT GOTTEN BETTer...it is more like a dull ache and hurts the most when i walk, now im not sure if its O pain cause its not low on my side.. i really am starting to get worried... if this was an appendix issue would i be hurting on the left side? could it be gall stones? i have no back pain..
any advice appreciated ty

O pain is very simliar to af cramping...it's a low pain coming from the ovaries. If your AF is due in a few days, then you probably ovulated, over a week ago....
I would definitely call your doctor and mention this pain....I hope you feel better soon.

Is there any chance you could be PG? Right before I had my BFP, I had a sharp pain right under my ribs on my left side. Not saying this is a sure sign, but you never know.

hmm.. i really dont think so, i mean i guess there is always that crazzy chance but i dont feel any other preggo symtpoms beside this dam sharp knife pain in my lower rib lol.. i will def mention it to the dr tho..thank you

When I get ovulation pains - they are always a little over a week before AF is due and always on my lower right, left or center. very low, under my belly, almost at....
what u have sounds like it could even be acid build-up or something like that? I used to get sharp pains right in the same area that would last for hours and that is what it turned out ot be.
