Re-grading backyard?

Anyone know how much this costs? Our yard is TINY (maybe 20' by 80') but the dog has ruined it by putting in his racetrack around the firebowl and the garden beds...now that our deck is done we're thinking about hiring someone to bring a Bobcat back here and help us out.

Has anyone done this? Any idea how much it would cost?

We spent $10k to have a portion of our yard redone. That included having soil trucked in, drainage pipes installed and sod being layed down

Our area was probably 25 x 100

your size yard would not cost what the previous owner spent. If you are just regrading, it would be a lot less. I would say the quote of $250 would be about right. FM SweetCin, she had this done in her yard. I believe the guy was priced well. GL!

wow, I think i paid more than that for year truck load of top soil

The sod wasn't cheap, if you do seed or hydroseeding you'll save a ton of money

I just had this done but my yard is HUGE about 100x200. They leveled graded ripped up all exsisting grass and seeded my entire front and back. I can't give you an accurate price because we did more than just a re grade but it was a lot more than $250!

Re: Re-grading backyard?

We had it done and I did not even think it looked very unlevel but we were having some water issues. It was $8,000Chat Icon We had many quotes and picked in the middle with a very good recommendation to go with it.

Re: Re-grading backyard?

We just had everything removed from our backyard -grass, shrubs, some small trees, and then they put soil down and regraded. It was $1500.
