Rate for Mother's Helper for 3 kids?

Hi I'm just curious what most people pay a mother's helper. I have 19 month old twins and a 1 month old. I wanted someone to assist me a few times a week but not to watch the kids alone or anything. More like playing with my twins when I'm trying to cook or clean or putting food on the boys' trays during mealtime. Or helping when I do baths. Sometimes my newborn cries when I'm trying to get the boys ready for meal time so that's hard too. And making shopping trips with me would be helpful too. What would you pay per hour seeing as I'm not leaving them alone or expecting them to take care of 3 kids when I'm home doing house chores?

During the summer last year I paid a local teenager $30 a day for 3-5 hours(depending on the day) for 2 little kids age 2 & 3. This summer I will have 3 kids, age 4, 3 and 6 months and we will have the same local babysitter here when I work and she comes with us to the beach and other things. I plan on paying her $40 per day for the same hours. We go to the aquarium, splish splash, beaches etc and I also bought her the memberships for all the places we go to so she can go when she's not helping out with my kids also.
