raspberry leaf tea
Went to the Vitamin Store this weekend and got red raspberry leaf tea. I have been drinking 2 cups a day since Sunday and boy- does that stuff create some CM  I should O Fri/Sat, but I have never had this much CM this far out.

I have been drinking it too. Just wondering something however. I have only been drinking one cup a day since I dont drink to much during the day to begin with, the box says 3-4 cups a day. Do you think I will get any benefit from just the one cup a day or should I amp it up to at least 2?

i only did 1 cup a day... i really didnt like it so i wouldnt be able to do more than 1 a day

See - that's where I am at. It's not the tastiest of stuff. I will stick to one cup then

The one I got is made by Alvita, I think, and it tastes pretty much like regular tea.

its not caffienated at all.. I would use one tea bag twice sometimes.. I actually liked the taste..

The directions on the one I have suggest to add honey. I put a packet of splenda in mine. I doubt adding something to it will alter it.
