Re: raspberry leaf tea
1. Raspberry Leaf Tea is supposed to help support the feminine reproductive system. I was drinking it to help keep my heavy periods under control.
2. It is suggested that you drink 2-3 cups a day, but my box said not to drink during pregnanyc ( it CAN cause uterine contractions) so you should stop after O.
3. Whole Foods, Wild by Nature, any natural or organic foods store. Some supermarkets carry it too. Be sure to get Raspberry Leaf Tea and not Raspberry FLAVORED tea.

It's supposed to help regulate your cycles. I don't think it's "dangerous" if you don't know when you O. Reasearch is very mized on RRL in the first trimester. Some studies say that it's great for morning sickness; others tell you not to drink it until the second tri. I had a cup every day the cycle we got pregnant. I've had a cup or two every day from 28 weeks on.
