rash on her neck?

there is a red rash of some sort on Mia's neck & behind her ears. just appeared yesterday morning. it is slight on the front of her neck under her neck 'roll'

does anyone know what this is? i used the mustela facial wipes to clean the area and wash it when its bath time but it doesn't seem to be going away. she doesn't seem to be bothered by it.

It's probably prickly heat type rash. My DD just got it too b/c it has been so hot and she has been so sweaty. Don't use those wipes. Just keep it clean and dry...put a tiny bit of baby powder constarch (TALC FREE) on your hand and wipe it in there to keep things dry.

With powder, my DDs cleared up in one day.

sounds like prickly heat, joey has this. It comes and goes but with this heat this weekend, Eeek it was horrible. Powder works best for us. No wipes, no lotion it only irritates it more. I put powder on a tissue and dab a cotton ball in it and put it on that way.
