Rasberry Leaf & Green Tea
So yesterday was my first day of drinking RLT. I had 3 cups/bags. Is that enough per day or should i be doing 4 ?
What the heck is this tea supposed to do? Ive read that it can help with flow and cramps but who knows.
BTW, I like the way it taste
Ive been drinking 4 cups/4 bags (2bags with caffeine 16oz water in the morning, the others are decaf when i get home) of green tea for over a month. Is this okay? I read green tea is good for you and can possibly reduce the size of fibroids

Sounds like you are drinking plenty...it supposed to help increase CM. That's why i drank it, it worked for me!
I would start drinking it about a week before the time i thought i might ovulate up through ovulation and then stop.

i'd check on that... i never drank more than 1 cup of RLT per day (1 bag). i swear i read somewhere that for TTC purposes, you should keep it to 1/day. but check.

i only drank 1 a day also... but its because i couldnt stand to drink more... i dont remember anything specifically related to TTC & RLT and how many cups per day

i drank equivalent of 2 cups a day.. one large cup.. and green tea, was about 1 cup
