 OMG, that's too funny, but KNOWING him (the little that i do), i think it's adorable.
I have a weird eye color, I say they're green, most people say they’re blue, some say grey… so he could pretty much say anything but brown & he would be OK

Yep, DH definitely knows. But that's only because before DS I was constantly telling him I hoped our children wound up with my green eyes.

When we were dating, DH said to me:
"Let me look into your beautiful blue eyes."
I told him to keep on looking because my eyes are green.
Personally, I think "Beautiful Blue" runs off the tongue easier than "Beautiful Green." I chalked it up to his passion for alliteration.
