Costco had the cutest ones, not sure size, but I ended up getting a 6 which fits my 4 year old average size son. They were western chief brand and lined. we got the batman one.

kidorable rain coats are on sale at zulily
i got dd a target 3 in one jacket, and the outside layer can somewhat be used as a rain coat.
I also got her a super cheap one (like $5) from amazing savings. The brand is cloud nine. It's a larger size (the packaging says ages 5-12 and dd is only 2.5yo) but its thin so i figure i can just put it over her sweatshirt or jacket when its cold or she can wear as is in the spring/fall. i hate spending a ton of money on things they only wear a handful of times and outgrow

I got a cheap one at H&M. It's 2T - 4T, so I just slip it over her other coats.
