i quit cold turkey 6 months before we started ttc but DH was still smoking after BFP...he was a heavy smoker. he uses an e-cig, checked out http://www.vapeny.com/ - he had tried all the other e-cigs, liek logic etc and said they were crap...this other is the only thing that he has enjoyed as much as cigarettes. you can do it! just think of that baby!

Quitting smoking

I quit cold turkey with ds. It sucked, but it was the right thing to do. Just a heads up on the ecig, it clearly states on it that it should NOT be used while pg or nursing. Speak to your ob.
