Quick Review: Baby Breaths Lamaze Class
DH and I went to Lamaze yesterday with Wendi from Baby Breaths (an LIF vendor) There were 8 couples all together and she holds her classes at Embrace Yoga in East Islip.
Class ran from 12:30-6- I thought it went by REALLY quickly- DH, not so much 
It was really informative- we went over signs of labor, breathing techniques for different stages, pushing, postpartum care, newborn care, a bit on bf'ing, and she answered any questions we had.
We didn't have to watch any scary videos- but she was very honest and detailed.
She is a L&D nurse and has 2 children (and another on the way) so she knows what she is talking about.
I would highly recommend it!

I am going on 3/21 with Wendy she is great I know her personally so it was a no brainer for me to use her but I only hear good things about her classes.
