Quick question about cycle days
I'm very confused with how this works. I just read someone's pre post about CD 24, and she rec'd her smiley face. Isn't it too late to O by CD 24?? I'm CD 23 and aunt flo is expected to come in a few days. I'm so lost with all this lingo Can someone please explain this for me.

Re: Quick question about cycle days
I am pretty new and this myself and still learning, but I think that since there is no such thing as a typical cycle, you can really O whenever. I think typically it is about 2ish weeks after CD1, but that is not always the case

Re: Quick question about cycle days
That someone was probably me
I have 38-50 day cycles (likely PCOS) so no, O'ing after CD23 isn't weird for me. If you have a 28 day cycle, yes, that would be weird for you.

The typical cycle is actually that you O around two weeks BEFORE AF. So depending on your cycle length (28-30-40 days - whatever it might be) your O date would be around two weeks before that.
it all does get overwhelming sometimes, but that is what makes this board great!
