Quick question about car accidents & insurance rates
I clipped a guy this morning. TOTALLY MY FAULT.
no accident report but we went to his friend's body shop across the street. All very nice guys sympathetic to my situation...
If I file a claim through my insurance does the OTHER GUY'S rates get affected?
He has State Farm

He has State Farm

nope, he doesn't have to put anythign through his own policy unless he seeks medical attention. 
wishing you significantly less suckage as your day progresses.

I'm fine. I just remind myself how much worse things could be. Like Cancer. CANCER sucks. minor car accidents & parking tickets are just annoying.
