It take an hour and yes they do ... a tv and magazines  Or you could go in with him  (which I don't recommend because it's awkward as hell!)

The process usually takes a hour and they had dvds to watch to help out in the process lol

LMAO i found a few different types of washes online but i wasnt sure which one. Sounds good to me.
Will they tell me about his sperm, im really interested to know what his numbers are and stuff.

At some places it seems like they tell you the count.. At Dr.B's I've asked and they just told me if it was a good sample or not- they never gave me exact numbers. I don't know if it's because they didn't KNOW the exact count or if they just don't tell patients because they know we will just go home and google it!!  We never had sperm issues though... You have nothing to lose by asking!!

I dont think we will have any issues either we definitely havent had problems with fertilization. And we havent  since Saturday night so i think his numbers will be good. And since finding out about doing the iui ive been obsessed with wondering what his stuff is like lol

 Ok for the record, it was our first time EVER doing it .. Judy called him back and I just tagged along not really knowing what was going on (clueless as usual  ) .. So she opens the door to the room and I was like .. ummm .... now what? (can you TELL how naive I was at one point??!) .. She said I could stay if I wanted, it was up to us .. I stayed for like 5 mins before we decided it would be better if I sat in the waiting room because it was beyond awkward!! I'll spare you the details but despite all efforts, the general atmosphere of the room is NOT meant for two people, I'll tell you that
I mean.. I guess it comes down to preference, but the crinkly medicinal liner paper on the squeaky recliner was NOT doing it for us! .. And.. I can't believe I just posted this!!

heheh if your husband is a picky porn watcher...make sure you bring batteries for the remote control.
seriously all i heard from this man was " there were no batteries and i couldnt fast forward or rewind!!!!"
every single time. and this was for a few years and the ******* still never brought his own batteries.

so he went, and he came back all smiley, the b*$tard He said it was like a fantasyland room!! I still tease him about it. You can bring your own movie if you want. DH said the one they had there was 90's and had some buck tooth thai chicks Next time he said he'd bring Jenna Jameson or just stick with magazines.

DH always did it at home for iui's, but for ivf he had to do it there 2x, one for the SA and the other for the ER.
The first time he went he came out dying laughing and said you couldn't pay for something that good, so for the ER he was super excited to go back!

About an hour, and yes they provide halping tools. BUT, DH opted to take his own everytime he went in, says the selection was not raunchy enough.

At the place where Edwin they didn't they had vintage porn and soft core, as he liked to put it Just in case bring a backup, and like Jackie said don't go in, very weird. DH didn't want to look me in the eyes after he finished the first time.
