questions for those who supplement with formula AND bf...
do you remember how many oz of formula your DC would drink after nursing??
my dd seems to vary abd i never know how much to make for her..
also, shes 3 weeks old and im unsure how much she should be drinking after nursing..i dont wanna overfeed, but i feel like shes still hungry sometimes after nursing, and 3oz of formula..thats alot for a 3 week old no???

It would vary- but about 1-2 ozs. I don't know how much you are producing but 3 oz sounds like a lot. Figure if she is getting 2 or so from you- they would only need about 2 oz more a feeding.
Hang in there too with this- I had a hard time figuring out how much and when too- I only produced about an oz per boob per feeding based on what I could pump and how much DD would eat of forumla after a full feeding.
