questions for nanny/day care
so, DH and I are starting the process of looking for a nanny or a day care. I don't even know where to start.
What questions should I ask? How many references should I ask for?
What should I look for in a day care???

If you look below where I am responding, there are a few older posts that seem to have some suggestions  !!
Also, if you go to the website Childcare Council of Suffolk ( or Nassau), they have a link for some good questions
