questions
hi ladies,
i'm new to the site and had a few questions for you.
my husband and i are talking about starting a family soon. i'm looking for a new gyno and was wondering if you had any recommendations. i'm looking for someone in the queens/nassau area.
also, how do you decide which hospital you want your doctor affiliated with and which is the best hospital to give birth?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I go to Women for Women Ob/Gyn in New Hyde Park. Their office is right next to LIJ Hospital.
Choose what hospital you want to give birth in then see whan Obs are affilitated with that hospital.

I go to Women for Women Ob/Gyn in New Hyde Park. Their office is right next to LIJ Hospital.
Choose what hospital you want to give birth in then see whan Obs are affilitated with that hospital.
i was actually looking into women for women.. is there a particular doctor you recommend?

I just switched to Applebaum at the Ann & Jules Gottlieb Women's Comprehensive Health Center in Manhasset. She and some other doctors in her office were highly recommended to me by my RE. They are also associated with the Katz Women's Hospital at North Shore. I had my fibroid out there and since I am going to have to have a c-section if I ever get pregnant I knew I wanted that there as well. It's a nice hospital with a great reputation. I live all the way down in Islip and I drive to Manhasset just for this reason.

I have seen Dr. Duncan and NP Amy Newman, I really like them both. I have heard that all the MDs there are great!

I go to this practice and really like them a lot! I see Dr. Nicole Bell and she is fantastic -- highly knowledgeable and great bedside manner!
