Question to all my knowledgeable ladies...
What time of day in regards to male sperm count is it best to BD?
My DH said he read something about the sperm count being higher in the morning but I was just wondering if this is true?
I was looking online and couldn't really find too much information about this topic.

My DH just told me that sperm is better in the am because it's "fresher." I have no idea if this is true or if he's just assuming that since men produce sperm daily.
