question re: temping while sick
does coming down with a cold affect temp? i'm wondering if this spike i'm seeing is a sign of O or because i started getting sick. OPK failed me this month as usual  never got a smiley
CD14: temp dipped down to 97.07
CD15: temp shot up to 97.5 (started getting sick later this day)
CD16: temp hovered at 97.51 (more sick)
CD17: temp rose more to 97.76 (still sick)
it looks like ovulation on the chart, but i'm wondering if we should keep  in case it's just the virus making it rise.

Being sick definitely affects your BBT! It stinks that you're sick in the middle of the month, and you might not know when you O. You might have O'ed and be sick, or just be sick. I don't know how you'd know. Are you keeping track of your CM? (although if you've taken any cold meds that won't be accurate either)
