Its been no secret that the director and I haven't been seeing eye to eye lately. Yes, its gotten nasty. Snide comments, mean emails, owners invovlment but no solutions.

Basically boils down to the director being a tyrant and rather rude and harsh to parents who don't do things or see things 'her' way.

I am concerned.. I guess. Safe passage to the playground during construction. Construction without notice to the parents, loss of use of the property, over crowding, etc.

I have made it clear AJ will NOT be returning but I'm committed for the rest of the year (until June of 2013) because its budgeted, its soooooooooo soooo close to my house, AJ is familiar with the teachers and students, she is learning, she is comfortable. This year's teacher is much better than last year.

So director has gotten stuffy with me and a handful of other parents. Owners are absent minded and don't really care at ALL! I've pretty much just given up for AJ's sake to keep the peace.

Then a mom took MY name and email (I had cc'ed her on) and called the owners out on it. It got nasty again but I didn't add in. Then a Dad tossed legal terms at them for posting children's photos without permission on a public website. Shoddy and expensive school photos.. it goes on and on.

Well we just got a REVISED handbook. Now I have to say I signed and received our handbook in the beginning of the term. Now she's made changes. One in particular concerns me...

Therefore, Pinnacle Montessori reserves the right to dismiss or to deny the privilege of reenrollment to a student if we reasonably conclude that the actions of a parent or guardian impede a positive and constructive relationship or otherwise seriously interfere with the accomplishment of our mission.

Hrm.... sooooooooo do YOU feel this is an attack on us parents who complained? I hate to say it but I sorta fear this is her way at getting back at me and others. She'll just kick out kids out.

She's already suggested to me via email with the owners that I should take AJ out since I'm frustrated with her (director) which I feel us not right.
