Question for the pro's...
When i was on BC my sugar pills started on a friday, but i didnt get AF until Monday. So if i came off BC this month and assuming i had a 28 day cylce do i go by when i really got AF or when i started the sugar pills??

I'm not an expert but I believe you always count the first day of AF as the first day of your cycle. That's how I counted by first month off.

It's the first full day of bleeding is the first day of AF.
