question about temp/opks
I have a question and have wondered this for a while. I don't intend to offend anyone so please don't take it that way. I have just always been curious....
If you have a regular 28ish day cycle, do you really need to temp or buy an OPK ? Wouldn't O be around the same time every month ?

Not necessarily, you could have a short or a long LP. Also, just because you get AF does not mean that you have ovulated.

As usual, ITA.
You don't NEED to buy an OPK, but then I would suggest BDing every other day after AF ends until around estimated O - at which time, I'd say to BD every day.
So you might BD CD 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17.

i usually have a 28 day cycle thats very regular.. i haven't used OPK's or Temping , this is my 2nd month trying and i just BD'ed around the estimated O date.. but if i am out this month i am doing what (maybeamommy) said...
BD every other day
