Question about RTF formula

Next week im going to have to go into the city for surgery and since pumping isnt working for me, i will have to give DS formula that day while my MIL babysits. So i have a few questions about RTF formula.

1. Once opened, does it have to be refrigerated?
2. How long is the container good for once opened?
3. Once put in bottle, how long good in bottle once out of fridge? (this question only needs to be answered if formula container needs to be refrigerated)
4. Can bottles be ade ahead of time and refrigerated? If so, do i have to use bottle warmer or can it be left out for a bit? (this is to avoid having to pack bottle warmer too)

Im not even sure im asking the right questions so any advice/tips you can give would be great. THANKS

Yes, has to be refrigerated once you open it

I believe 3 days

It has to be refrigerated once opened. Out of the fridge about an hour

Yes, we use to make the bottles ahead of time when we used to RTF. We have that hot water tap on the sink so we use that to just get it to room temp. We never make it warm

If so, do i have to use bottle warmer or can it be left out for a bit? (this is to avoid having to pack bottle warmer too) I NEVER USED A WARMER. SHE COULD WARM IT IN A MUG OF HOT WATER.

3. Once heated to room temp - 1 hour
4. I would bring a portable bottle warmer. It would take some time to get room temp. You can always put it under hot water but it would take some time.

All these questions are best answered by reading the container because I was surprised to learn there are differences between brands believe it or not...except that they always need to be refridgerated after opening.

When we warm DS's bottles after refridgeration we usually just put it (the bottle) in hot water in a container or bowl. I would imagine it would take a while for the bottle to warm just sitting out, and I know with our RTF the bottle has to be used up within an hour.
