question about ovulation...
So as some of you know, this is my first month off the pill. I started testing for my happy face on CD10. I am now on CD27 and still no happy face. If I don't ovulate, will I still get my period? Is it worth it to keep testing? I've gone through 3 boxes of tests already!

I'm doing exactly what the box says, I usually test around 6:30-7 when I get home from work, and it usually a 3.5-4 hour hold and I don't drink a lot of fluids before testing. I know sometimes you won't ovulate right after going off the pill, but i dont know if i should keep testing or what.

the first month of BCP is very tricky I did not get AF until 60 days later......

I would stop testing at this point , and wait for your period and begin next cycle . My body was all screw-y the month I stopped taking my pill too

Okay thanks. So is it basically that I won't get my period until I actually ovulate?
Well I think you can not ovulate and still get your period ( I am not 100% sure about that) , and not all women ovulate every month .

I also had a wacky first month off the pill. I didn't use OPKs, so I had no clear timing of when I oed. I wound up getting AF 9 days "late." I've been using OPKs since, and have been from 26-28 days.
