Question about LO flipping
I had a prenatal today, and found out that LO flipped and is now head down! I'm 30w4d (or 30w6d according to today's measurement). What's the likelihood she'll stay this way until birth? Has anyone had their LO flip back to breech after 30 weeks?

Question about LO flipping
Very likely she'll stay. You can do yoga ball exercises to keep her like that or help her descend too.

Re: Question about LO flipping
it's still a little early yet - mine was breech at 32 weeks and flipped head down by 36. at 30 weeks they are still small enough to flip another dozen times - so i would try not to think about it or worry about it this early.
