Re: Question about line OPK's
It sounds like it from what I've read here, but I don't really know. I would be trying to figure out the lines ... I use the digital OPKs that give a O or a .

Re: Question about line OPK's
The result line has to be as dark or darker than the test line. Once it is the assumption is that you will ovulate within the next 24-36hrs.

Re: Question about line OPK's
I use the line OPK's and for me the closer I get to Ovulation the darker the line gets. I get the "fade in" effect. Everyday is slightly darker than the last day until O. Then the day of O it's at least the same darkness or darker.

Re: Question about line OPK's
I don't think there's a clear answer to that. I've gotten the surge with almost no line the day before. I hope it's soon for you though...

Re: Question about line OPK's
It varies. some women, like a PP above, get visibly darker lines leading up to O. For others, the lightness/darkness of the line doesn't indicate O is approaching. I am one of those women. Once you get your positive, you should O within 12-36 hours.

Not if it wasn't as dark as the control line. Sorry. Hang in there. You'll get a positive soon! You might want to switch to digitals if you're not liking the line OPKs. There's no mistaking a !
