question about level 2/ 3-d and 4-d sonos
So this may sound like a dumb question - but is everyone's level 2 sono in 3d/4d? If so, why do some people go to get separate 3d/4d sonos from places like impact?

for all of my sonos at my OB they have flipped on the 3d for at least a little while. i think it depends on your OB and if they have 3d capabilities in the first place. i think most places that do have them at least flip it on for a little while.

Re: question about level 2/ 3-d and 4-d sonos
During my 16w anatomy scan at the lab they switched over to 3d for a few seconds and printed us a pic.
During my 20w anatomy scan/level II they switched over to 3d multiple times and gave us a bunch of 3d pictures.
We didn't know this was going to happen and had been leaning towards doing an optional 3d sono, but now that we've done it twice already (even for a short time) and have great great pictures that we love, we decided to pass on the supplemental one.
I'm going back again at 28w for them to check my low placenta and I'm hoping they will give me a peek at the baby too but I wont hold my breath

at my dr. on the sono machine there is a button that switches to 3d...
our sono tech was able to switch over so we got a look at our LO in 3d but wasnt able to print us a picture.

my level 2 sono was not a 3d or 4d.. but in the middle of the sono the dr switched a button and it went into 3d but the baby was moving too much to get a good 3d picture of her face maybe next time!
