Question about ITT closing and loans
This may be a weird question but I was just wondering. When a college closes its doors like Dowling just did and ITT who will be closing down soon, do people still have to pay back their loans that they've had for years?

I would think so. You don't owe the money to the school you owe it to whomever you took the loan from.

Yes you do. You owe money to your lender not the school

Yes my Dh went to downing and that was his first question.  I wish we didn't have to pay it back
