Question about CM

This is our second month TTC and my second month temping and paying attention to CM. I didn't have any egg white CM last month and this month so far I don't either. I know I have had it in the past but now I don't know why it's not here. I have been taking mucinex since Wednesday and I should O tomorrow or Thursday. I have also been taking EPO and drinking disgusting grapefruit juice. Yesterday we used pressed which I thought was great. So here is my question can you still get preggo without egg white cm? I feel so nervous about this. I would say mine is watery right now. What do you think?

Yes you can! EWCM is the most fertile type of cm - sperm can live in it longest - but some women don't produce EWCM for a bunch of reasons. If you've gone off the Pill recently, it can take up to a year for your cm to be normal again. If you're over 30, your cm might not be as... abundant as a younger woman's. And also, everyone's body is different. According to what I've read, your most fertile days are your "wettest" days, whether it's ewcm or not.

It sounds like you've got it under control and you're doing what you can to up the quality of your cm. You'll be fine, whether it looks like egg whites or not.

Thanks, I have been off the pill now for a year and a half and I'm 27 so I don't think those would cause it. I def know for sure I have had it before it's just not here when I want it to be. I am praying that everything else I am doing will make it work.

Yup, you're totally fine. I never had EWCM, I took Mucinex and used preseed and got pregnant no problem. Even if you can't see it on the outside, it's more than likely an EWCM consistency on the inside near your cervix, which is where it matters.
