Question about CD
SO I know people say that CD 1 is the first day of flow that you need to use a tampon or pad....for me that is always the first day of AF....
Now, I am going to start using the CBEFM and it says that they count CD as the day AFTER you get AF
which is right?

You only count it as the day after AF if you got AF after the time you'd set your monitor. I usually end up setting it on CD 2 and I set it as CD 2 (not 1), KWIM?
