Question about CD...
If you get your period on CD 32...that day is also considered CD 1 - right? For example, you wake up on CD 32 (Let's say today 9/3) and around noon - you get a heavy, red flow...9/3 is also CD 1 of your new cycle?

Yes, and that would mean your cycle was 31 days (only count the full days and not the day AF starts).
