Question about CBE digital ovulation sticks

So I keep reading not to use FMU but the clear blue easy dig. test says you can use FMU. Also people talk about testing in the morning and afternoon but if I did that I would run out of sticks way to early (it only comes with 20) and then you can't use the monitor again (have to by a whole new kit) So, is it ok to test in the morning and just test once a day? Obviously I'm confused - Thanks!

it's ok to test just once a day but it is possible you could miss a surge by only testing once a day.

what I do is buy the cheapo internet ovulation sticks & then when they come up positive, I confirm it with a digital ovulation test. much cheaper that way & you get to test twice a day to be more thorough.

Geez you would think purchasing a 53$ kit would be enough lol. I almost died when I realized you couldn't just buy refills that you had to buy a whole new kit every month! This better happen quickly for me
