Question about 16 week appt on Friday
I can't remember from last time, but I think I found out the sex at my 16 week appointment.
How many of you found our at your 16 week appt (assuming you had a sonogram) or did you have to wait until you 20 week Level II appointment?
I'm dying to find out and I'll be so disappointed if I have to wait!

I didnt have a sonogram at my 16 week appointment but I was so impatient I went to my friend who is an ultrasound tech at 17w4d and had her tell me! Good luck! Hope you are able to find out!

I found out at 16wks
(as we all know, that's not all I found out.. though the news I got is EXTREMELY rare so you shouldn't be at all worried!!)

The doctor guessed at my 12 weeks sono and it was confirmed at my 20 week sono.

The technician guessed at my 12 week too, but I spent the next 4 weeks nervous that was going to change! haha! I almost wish she didn't tell me then. But, luckily it was confirmed at my 16 week.

My LO was not cooperating at my 16w appointment. 
My soon to be SIL is a sonogram tech and told us we were having a  at 17 weeks, and it was confirmed at my 20w Anatomy Scan.

I just searched for my old posts from my first pregnancy, and saw that I found out at my Level II (not my 16 week appointment). I'm going to call the office to see if I'm having a sonogram at my 16 week appointment.
I don't know if I can wait another month, since I was thinking that I'd find out on Friday. 
ETA: Yep, just got off the phone with the office, and I'm not having a sonogram this week! Guess I'll have to wait another month. Oh well!

i found at 14 weeks all depends how patient and nice your sono tech person is and advanced your machine is

I didn't get a sono at my 16 w appointment either. I have my level 2 sono coming up on Monday at 19 w 3 d and I cannot wait to find out!!!!!
These past 8 weeks since my last sono have been soooooo hard, but we are super excited!!! It was fun building up all the excitement with having to wait.

Good luck on Monday! The Level II is a great appointment. Now I can't wait for mine.
I still may find out on Friday because the doctor may do a sonogram to check the anatomy since I've been having some urinary issues lately (sorry, TMI). I'm hoping they do one just to make sure everything is ok, and then I can slip in my question about the gender -

This time I found out at 17 weeks, only bc I needed a follow up sono from my 12 week appt. Otherwise, we would have just found out at my Level 2.

They made me wait until my 20 week appointment even though I did ask at my 16 week app. She said not to bother guessing. Also, my insurance only covered so many sonos that they didn't want to use them up.

I thought it was early when Danielle told me! I was sooo jealous!! I have my level 2 on 9/21..I can't wait either...I'm not having a 16 week sonogram either! What do you think you're having??

Everyone thinks girl, so I'll just go with that. The Chinese calendar says girl, but the Intelligender test was clearly boy. So, we'll see (hopefully tomorrow!). ha
